Payments:
To secure the booking, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount
is required, along with signing our contract outlining Villa
Caiman’s terms and conditions. The remaining 50% must be paid 30
to 90 days before arrival (depending on the date / attached
policies). If your arrival date falls within the cancellation
penalty window, full payment will be required.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made before the deadline stated in the
attached file, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
For cancellations made after the deadline, the owner is not
obligated to refund any amount already paid.
Security Deposit:
In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit ranging from
$3,000 to $5,000 USD is required to cover any intentional or
accidental damages to the property and/or repairs. This deposit
must be paid in cash upon arrival at Villa Caiman and will be
refunded at checkout after an inspection by the property owner.

without prior notice. Once the reservation is confirmed, the
given rates will be upheld. Due to the high volume of inquiries
we receive, we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid
disappointment in case your selected dates become unavailable.
